Each of our products is the intellectual property of KOEL. These pieces cannot be used or sold without our consent.

All the content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, designs, images, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of KOEL protected by Pakistan and International Copyright Laws.

PRICING

  • The prices mentioned are inclusive of 18% General Sales Tax (GST).
  • Prices do not include any additional charges and fund transfer fee.
  • The following modes of payment are accepted:
  • Credit and Debit Card (MasterCard/Visa) and in addition we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Payment(s) made in a foreign currency will be valued at net receipts in our Pakistani Rupee Account net of any transfer fees, charges and deductions at the prevalent exchange rates.
  • Any custom duty or other levies of any kind will be borne by the customer.
  • We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but in case an error occurs, we will not accept the order and the order will have to be replaced with the correct price. In case payment has already been made, the excess amount will be refunded or short amount will need to be paid.
  • It is the sole discretion of KOEL to change the prices without any prior notice.

DELIVERY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product. In case of in-accurate address provided by the customer or unavailability of person to accept delivery by the courier; no claims/refunds would be entertained.

KOEL is not liable for any losses whatsoever included but not limited to damage, delay, miss delivery or non-delivery of your orders by Courier Company.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND

  • If there is an issue with your product, please email us at info@koel.com.pk and provide us with the accurate date of purchase, nature of complaint and your contact number.
  • Goods purchased online can be exchanged without any extra charge in stores, depending on availability of product, within 10 days of delivery with their original receipt and
  • No exchange claims can be made on discounted or sale items. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
  • We do not offer any courier service compensation if customer sends the item back.
  • Used or altered products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
  • We do not offer exchange on any of our international orders
  • In case of unavailability of stock refunds may be exempted. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed.
  • If the product is damaged, you may return the product within 10 days and get store credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs). No requests will be entertained after 10 days. Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilise the same amount for a later purchase
  • KOEL shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION

KOEL reserves the right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock or declined payment.

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
